User Roles and Access Levels
In MarkSense Dashboard there are 3 types of User Roles with following access:
Access Levels Table
| Access Levels | Description |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Super Admin has the highest levels of access, with permissions to manage all aspects of Menu |
| Admin | Admin has significant access such as: Invite User, Create Folder, Create Survey, View Folder and Survey, Create Program, list Program, and View List Rewards |
| Merchants | Merchants have limited access, primarily focused on view and manage their own Profile, Programs, View List and Redeem Rewards (Scan & Input code) |
